I was not impressed with the quality or install work done by Raleigh Screen Guys. The screen panels were twisted and flimsy . For the amount it cost, I expected a sturdier metal frame. Also, the installer refused to climb a ladder so the panels could be installed on the outside. He wanted to install them on the inside. That defeats part of the purpose. Leaves and pine needles can collect between the rails and the screens. If the weren't so flimsy, I may be OK with that but I feel certain removing the screens once or twice a year to remove the debris would quickly destroy their weak screen panels. I ended up having to install the panels on the outside of the porch myself. Worse yet, they refused to reduce the price for the labor that I had to do for them. It was a pretty bad experience over all and I would not recommend this company or their product.
