I called on a Sunday due to a clogged toilet. Tony not only informed me that coming out on the weekend would cost more, but also talked me through some tests to see if the toilet was still clogged and told me how to avoid the bowl from filling up (since I had concerns about water coming out from the base of the toilet). He helped me resolve my issue on the phone, and offered to come out Monday if there were any remaining problems.

As far as I'm concerned, this is one stand-up dude with integrity. Not everyone would warn you about extra charges, or help you over the phone. I would call him back with any future plumbing issues, a big THUMBS UP!!!
