I've been here three times, and each time had a very good experience. I love that they make their own gluten-free crust, and that they take care to keep things as uncontaminated as possible. One thing they need to refine is not using the same sauces and ladles for sauces. That's not cool. That said, having taken the prior enzymes before eating, I've had no problem. I also wish the crust wasn't cracker thin and usually scorched at the edges; however, the flavor is good.
